Cover art by Anne Cain and, at last, the blurb for A Forfeit Owed!

Anne Cain does it again! I asked for an accurately curvy portrayal of Korinne, my BBW heroine from my upcoming release Eldritch Legacy: A Forfeit Owed, and Anne delivered beautifully!

For Eldritch Legacy readers who've wondered what this installment is about -- or where it falls in the chronological order of things -- it takes place 25 years after the events of book one, Secrets Revealed. Though not as dark or hardcore as the rest of the series, it revisits the fairy tale themes and medieval setting of book one, with some M/F/M thrown in for good measure. I've returned to the castle during Queen Inga's reign to see what her grown children were up to, and well, here's what two of her three spawn have gotten themselves into:

*****

As the daughter of a disowned noble, Korinne has few options. Forced to wait on her cousins hand and foot, she wishes fairy godmothers were more than the stuff of childhood tales.

When Korinne visits the royal palace, she finds herself wooed by not one but two handsome princes. As the battle for her hand leads to sensual encounters beyond her wildest dreams, Korinne discovers fairy tales can come true -- but at what price?

Born third in line to the throne, Prince Trystan struggles with a heritage he never asked for. Locked in an ongoing game of forfeits with his brother, Crown Prince Darius, Trystan is determined to one up his opponent in their battle of wit versus brawn.

When both brothers set eyes on the curvaceous beauty Korinne, they place a secret wager on her affections. Trystan will do whatever it takes to best Darius, even if it means sharing the prize short-term. But when Trystan truly falls for Korinne, the greatest loss at stake is his heart.

*****

So there you have it. I must say, it was fun to play with not one but two of Inga's hot sons. I hope readers will enjoy revisiting the Eldritch family as much as I have. A Forfeit Owed comes out February 21st from Loose Id, so stay tuned!

That is a beautiful cover.

However, we Wisconsinites seem to have a different notion of what constitutes "big." I mean, we know BIG. ;-)

Thanks KZ! I'm from Texas so I know what you mean about BIG. In Korinne's case, I like to think one of those B's stands for "booty-licious" and I'm happy Anne gave her a nice round derriere. I won't name titles, but we've all seen BBW books with inaccurate cover models. No offense against size 6 petites -- I myself was one until, erm, about 10 years ago -- but if the heroine is full-figured and curvy, then she should be reflected as such on the cover! I made this very clear in my art request, and Anne took note. :D
